Uptown Collection clips
These clips are attached on no-slip alligator clips, approximately 1 3/4” long, that have been lined with 3/8” grosgrain ribbon that has been heat sealed to prevent fraying.
Some of the clips are embellished with varying sized rhinestone gems.
