This tutu is handmade with over 40 yards of quality tulle and has a waistband made of 3/4″ non-roll elastic. The tutu measures approximately 10″ in length, but can be custom made to fit your child.

This orange and black tulle tutu is embellished with pumpkins, black cats, white ghosts, and black “Boo”’s. It is also trimmed with Halloween ribbon streamers. The ribbon has been heat sealed to prevent fraying.

This tutu is great as a part of a Halloween costume, for formal pictures, dance recitals, weddings, or just fun dress-up play!

A matching tulle hair bow will be included.
