We ship smaller items (hair clips and bows, etc) using First Class mail. Tutus or tutu dresses will be shipped using Priority Mail.
Our shipping and handling rates include a small fee to help cover the cost of labels, envelopes, pretty packaging, delivery confirmation, time, etc.
Our shipping and handling rates DO NOT include insurance. Please let us know if you would like to insure your package.
The cost for insurance is $1.65 for up to $50.00 in merchandise, $2.05 for up to $100.00 in merchandise, $2.45 for up to $200.00 in merchandise.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Delivery confirmation is included with your orders over $5.00. Delivery confirmation provides you with a tracking number, which allows you to check the status of your package online.
Shipping and handling rates will be applied at checkout through PayPal.
Please Note: All of our items are custom made to order and may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. You will be given a delivery deadline at the time of order.
Due to the customized nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. We work with each customer from start to finish to ensure that proper measurements and details are noted for each piece. We’ll even send you pictures along the way with any custom tutu or tutu dress creation.
